FENTANYL TEST STRIPS

Fentanyl is much stronger than other common opioids.  A dose the size of a grain of sand can kill a human being.  According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, fentanyl is at least 100 times more powerful than an equivalent amount of morphine.
In recent years, Fentanyl has been detected in almost every kind of illegal drug from marijuana to MDMA (commonly known as ecstasy).  As fentanyl continues to find its way into recreational drugs generally considered “safe,” more people have become victims of accidental Fentanyl toxicity leading to injury and death.
Fentanyl test strips are small strips of paper that were originally created to detect fentanyl in urine. But you can also use them to see whether a drug contains fentanyl in just a few minutes.  We are committed to ensuring that Fentanyl test strips are widely available to the public.  We can’t stop young people from experimenting with drugs, but we can make it much, much safer by taking steps to prevent them from accidentally ingesting lethal doses of Fentanyl.
We partner with non-profits who distribute free Fentanyl test strips and are working to ensure that fentanyl test strips are legal throughout the United States.  Believe it or not, some states ban Fentanyl test strips as “drug paraphernalia,” which is terrible public policy.  If you would like to get involved with this effort, please contact us at the link below.
